The latest actress to join the Yash Raj bandwagon is model turned actress Dipannita Sharma. She will share screen space with ‘Band Baaja Baraat’ pair Ranveer Singh and Anushka Sharma. The film also stars Priyanka Chopra’s cousin Parineeti Chopra. The movie is a rom-com titled, ‘Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl’.
Aditya Chopra has written the story and it will be directed by Maneesh Sharma. Dipannita will play a a corporate no-nonsense executive who is floored by Ricky Bahl played by Ranveer.
Habib Faisal is the dialogue writer and Devika Bhagat has scripted the screenplay. The music will be composed by Salim-Sulaiman and Amitabh Bhattacharya will pen the lyrics. The film will be shot by Aseem Mishra.
The film will go on floor in April and is expected to be released Dec 9.
