Sridevi who has ruled the silver screen during 80’s is all set for a comeback. She has chosen Balki of ‘Paa’ fame as a comeback vehicle. The film will be produced by Balki and directed by his wife Gauri Shinde.
In the film, Sridevi plays a married woman who doesn’t understand English but married to a highly educated and a mobile man.
The story revolves around the tensions in this marriage and how she overcomes the issues. A source says, "Balki and Gauri have worked very hard on this subject for the past few months and are now ready to roll."
Sridevi is very excited about her comeback pad and regularly hitting the gym to remain in shape.
The source adds, "She loved Balki and Gauri's film offer. She requested all her friends and relatives to keep it under wraps." When contacted, Sridevi's husband refused to let out the secret. However, a source very close to the actress said, "Sridevi is very excited about her comeback. She has hit the gym and is regularly going to a nutritionist to get into shape." If there is scope for it, that is.
